- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (or other flour)
- Neutral oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Steam or boil the cauliflower florets until tender, then drain and process until smooth.
- In a bowl, combine the processed cauliflower with minced garlic, salt, and flour. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls using about 1/2 tablespoon per ball; adjust flour if too wet.
- Heat neutral oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the balls carefully.
- Fry for 3–4 minutes or until golden brown on all sides.
- Drain excess oil on paper towels before serving.
