Description

Ingredients

  • 650g cauliflower florets (about 2 medium heads)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (or other flour)
  • Neutral oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Steam or boil the cauliflower florets until tender, then drain and process until smooth.
  2. In a bowl, combine the processed cauliflower with minced garlic, salt, and flour. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls using about 1/2 tablespoon per ball; adjust flour if too wet.
  4. Heat neutral oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the balls carefully.
  5. Fry for 3–4 minutes or until golden brown on all sides.
  6. Drain excess oil on paper towels before serving.
