  • 1 Cup confectioner's sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with a silicone mat.
  2. In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, white whole wheat flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and vanilla; combine with dry ingredients.
