  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. For added crispiness, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes.
