- 113ml buttermilk (room temperature)
- 1 egg (room temperature)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 125g confectioners' sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a doughnut pan.
- In one bowl, combine dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together wet ingredients: melted butter, brown sugar, buttermilk, egg, vanilla extract, and nutmeg.

- Bake for about 11 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
