- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup (113g) sour cream, at room temperature
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup (227g) mashed bananas
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
- For the crust, mix gluten-free graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until well combined. Press into the prepared dish and refrigerate.
- For the filling, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, and vanilla; mix until combined. Gently fold in mashed bananas.
- Pour filling over the crust and bake for about 40 minutes or until set with a slight jiggle in the center. Cool completely at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
