  • 1 cup mixed veggies (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots)

  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions

  4. In a small bowl, mix sauce ingredients: mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, and lime juice.
  5. Add mixed veggies to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until tender but crisp.
  6. Remove from heat and pour sauce over the chicken and veggies; stir to combine. Serve over rice.
