- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef seasoned with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning; sauté until fragrant.
- Lower heat and mix in Alfredo sauce, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Toss in cooked pasta and reserved pasta water to combine evenly.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley and optional red pepper flakes.
