Ingredients
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- ¾ cup unsalted butter
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- For the ganache: 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped or in morsels, ¾ cup heavy cream, Fleur de sel for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- Melt the semisweet chocolate and butter together until smooth.
- In a bowl, combine sugars and add melted chocolate mixture. Mix in eggs and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Fold into the wet mixture.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes or until set.
- For ganache, heat cream until simmering and pour over chopped chocolate; stir until smooth.
- Once brownies cool, cut into squares and dip into ganache; sprinkle with Fleur de sel.
