Ingredients
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, finely diced
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce

- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and ranch seasoning until well combined.
- Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface; add about ⅓ cup of the filling to the center. Wet the edges with water.
