- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 4 Tbsp Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 lb Shrimp
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
- 1/4 cup White wine (or chicken stock)
- 1/4 cup Heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Parsley and Parmesan (for garnish)
