  • 1 ½ cups uncooked rice
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • Black beans (optional)

Instructions
