Description

Caramel-Stuffed Bloomin’ Apples are the ultimate fall dessert that combines the warm, comforting flavors of baked apples with gooey caramel. These stunning treats not only look like a beautiful flower when baked but also deliver a mouthwatering experience with every bite. Perfect for cozy gatherings or as a special treat for yourself, these bloomin’ apples are best served warm with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream and an extra drizzle of caramel sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 firm apples (Honeycrisp recommended)
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 8 chewy caramel squares
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F or your air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Slice the top off each apple and use an apple corer to remove the core without cutting through the bottom.
  3. Make thin crosswise slices in each apple.
  4. Stuff each sliced apple with two chewy caramel squares and brush with the melted butter mixture.
  5. Bake in a greased dish for about 30 minutes or air fry for about 20 minutes until tender.
