  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 pack dinner rolls, 12 count (I use King's Hawaiian Savory Butter Rolls)
  • 16 slices American cheese (I use Boar's Head)
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • pinch of salt and garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. white sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. distilled white vinegar
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Butter a baking sheet and set aside.
  3. In a sauté pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat; sauté onions until translucent.
  4. Add ground beef; cook until browned and drain excess fat.
  5. Mix in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper; cook for an additional minute.
  6. Assemble sliders by layering cheese on the bottom halves of rolls, adding beef mixture and more cheese before topping with the other half of the rolls.
  7. Brush tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder and sprinkle sesame seeds.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Serve with homemade burger sauce.
