  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar (divided)
  • 2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup sugar and 2 Tbsp cinnamon for the topping.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining 1/2 cup sugar, egg, and vanilla; mix until creamy.
  4. Spray a 9×13 inch pan with non-stick spray and sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture on the bottom.
  5. Roll out one can of dough into a solid layer and place it in the pan over the sugar.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on top of the dough.
  7. Roll out the second can of dough and place it over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar on top and bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
