  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  2. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of the mixture on one side of the thawed puff pastry. Press gently with a rolling pin.
  3. Flip the pastry and repeat on the other side.
  4. Fold each long edge toward the center, then roll from one end to flatten slightly.
  5. Fold edges together, sprinkle half of the remaining cinnamon sugar over the fold, and roll again.
  6. Chill the rolled pastry in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  8. Slice chilled pastry into 1cm strips.
  9. Dip cut edges into remaining cinnamon sugar and place on a lined baking tray about 2 inches apart.
  10. Bake for about 14 minutes until caramelized; flip and bake for an additional 4 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
