Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla until combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
