- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (for streusel topping)

- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar (for icing)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (for icing)

- 2 – 3 tablespoons heavy cream (for icing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a muffin pan with liners.
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugars, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, sour cream, and milk until smooth. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- For the streusel topping, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt; cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Spoon muffin batter into prepared cups about two-thirds full and top with streusel.
