  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • ½ cup diced bell pepper

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and cottage cheese until well combined.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach, bell pepper, onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
