- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (or regular)

- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (or regular)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with liners.
- Blend cottage cheese, maple syrup, vanilla extract, eggs (and pumpkin puree if making the pumpkin version) until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt (and pumpkin spice if making the pumpkin version).
- Pour the blended mixture into the dry ingredients and fold gently until just combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips evenly.
- Fill muffin liners three-quarters full and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
