Ingredients
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Fresh parsley and thyme
- Smoked paprika and onion powder
Instructions
- Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and onion powder. In a skillet, melt half the butter over medium-high heat, then cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
