  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (about 5-7 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
  2. In the same skillet (removing excess grease), cook the chicken breast for about 6-8 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked (165°F internal temperature). Let it rest before slicing.
  3. Mix ranch seasoning with water; drizzle over sliced chicken.
  4. Combine mayonnaise and sour cream in a bowl. Spread on the center of the tortilla.
  5. Layer ranch-coated chicken, cheeses, crumbled bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion onto the tortilla.
