Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined. Fold in the crushed graham crackers gently.
  4. Using a cookie scoop, portion out the dough and roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs. Flatten each ball slightly and place on lined baking sheets.
