- 2 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 24 ounces cream cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large apples
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup salted butter, melted
- 3 tbsp all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- sprinkle of lemon juice
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until slightly golden.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar in another bowl until smooth; add flour, sour cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and eggs one at a time. Pour over crust.
- Toss chopped apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice; spread over the cheesecake layer.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before chilling in the refrigerator for at least four hours.
