  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • ¼ cup ground cinnamon
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar (for swirl)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix cinnamon with sugar for the swirl.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy; incorporate eggs and vanilla.
  4. Combine flour and baking powder separately, then alternate adding with whipping cream and milk to the creamed mixture.
  5. Layer half of the batter in a bundt pan, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture, add remaining batter, and top with the rest of the cinnamon-sugar.
  6. Bake for about 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before icing.
