  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Desired toppings such as chocolate shavings, fresh fruit, mini chocolate chips, sprinkles, etc.

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing Oreo crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into a springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar and cocoa powder, mixing well. Stir in melted chocolate.
  3. Whip cold heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Fold into the chocolate mixture gently.
  4. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust, smoothing the top. Refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight.
  5. Before serving, whip additional heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla for the topping.
