  • 1 cup water or vegetable broth
  • 57 tbsp soy sauce
  • 23 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Optional toppings: chopped scallions, sesame seeds
