- 1 baguette (sliced into 1/2”-thick slices, approximately 20 slices)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- balsamic glaze (to drizzle each crostini)
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives (chopped, to garnish each crostini)
Instructions
- Season the ribeye steak with kosher salt and sear in a preheated cast-iron skillet with olive oil for about 4 minutes on each side until desired doneness. Let rest before slicing thinly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Boursin cheese and creamed horseradish. Gradually add water until reaching your preferred consistency.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush baguette slices with olive oil and toast for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Assemble by topping each toasted baguette slice with sliced ribeye, a dollop of horseradish sauce, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze garnished with chopped chives.
