Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Minute rice (white or brown)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×13 baking pan with butter.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, water, and Minute rice. Mix well.
  3. Pour the rice mixture into the prepared baking pan and place the chicken breasts on top.
  4. Sprinkle the Lipton onion soup mix evenly over the chicken.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 1 to 1.5 hours until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  6. Optional: Add shredded cheese during the last 10 minutes for extra flavor.
