Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 4 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 6 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 8 oz linguine or fettuccine noodles
- 4 green onions (sliced)
Instructions

- While the beef cooks, boil salted water in a pot and cook noodles until al dente, then drain.
