- Optional: flaky sea salt for topping
Instructions
- Prepare a baking tray by lining it with wax or parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin purée, pumpkin spice, salt, and liquid stevia. Gently stir in oat flour until just combined.
- Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on the prepared tray.
- Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl using short intervals to avoid burning.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate using two forks, allowing excess to drip off before placing back on the tray. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
