- 4–5 medium potatoes, thinly sliced

- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Seasonings: Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper
- ½ cup beef broth or water
Instructions
