  • 45 medium potatoes, thinly sliced

  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Seasonings: Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper
  • ½ cup beef broth or water

Instructions
