Instructions
- Preheat oil in a deep fryer or frying pan to 350°F.
- Cut each egg roll wrapper into four squares.
- Chop mozzarella cheese into smaller pieces for even melting.
- In a mixing bowl, combine pepperoni, pizza sauce, and mozzarella.
- Place a heaping teaspoon of filling on one side of each wrapper and leave space around the edges.
- Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and roll tightly to seal.
