Description

Ingredients

  • 5 egg roll wrappers
  • 1/3 cup chopped mini pepperoni (or regular)
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oil in a deep fryer or frying pan to 350°F.
  2. Cut each egg roll wrapper into four squares.
  3. Chop mozzarella cheese into smaller pieces for even melting.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine pepperoni, pizza sauce, and mozzarella.
  5. Place a heaping teaspoon of filling on one side of each wrapper and leave space around the edges.
  6. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and roll tightly to seal.
  7. Fold the ends up to create a secure seal.
  8. Fry in batches for 1-2 minutes until golden brown and puffy.
  9. Drain on paper towels and serve warm with dipping sauces.
