  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce, warmed
  • 1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 12 maraschino cherries with stems
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the brownie layer by mixing melted butter with sugars, eggs, and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and fold into wet mixture. Pour into greased 9-inch springform pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  3. For the cheesecake layer, beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream until creamy.
  4. Pour cheesecake batter over baked brownie layer and smooth top. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 50-60 minutes until edges are set.
