Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken by coating it in the honey mixture; refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (preferably 2 to 4 hours).

- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the feta is golden.
