  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 23 tsp chili oil (to taste)
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Optional: sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, sugar, sesame seeds, and green onion. Add rice vinegar and oils; mix well to create the marinade.
  2. Slice cucumbers thinly using a sharp knife or spiralizer. Sprinkle salt on top and let them rest for 8–12 minutes.
  3. Rinse the salted cucumbers under water to remove excess moisture, then pat dry with paper towels.
