  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a mixer, beat sugar, eggs, and egg yolk until pale and fluffy.
  4. Mix in melted butter, oil, and vanilla extract until combined.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients while mixing on low, then fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Melt marshmallow fluff and dollop it onto the batter; swirl it gently with a knife.
