- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups marshmallow fluff
- 1 cup heavy cream (whipped)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with sugar and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and marshmallow fluff, mixing well. Gently fold in whipped cream.
- Pour filling over chilled crust and spread evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- For topping, mix additional marshmallow fluff with whipped cream until smooth and spread over set cheesecake.
- Garnish as desired and chill again before serving.
