  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup heavy cream (whipped)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with sugar and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and marshmallow fluff, mixing well. Gently fold in whipped cream.
  3. Pour filling over chilled crust and spread evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  4. For topping, mix additional marshmallow fluff with whipped cream until smooth and spread over set cheesecake.
  5. Garnish as desired and chill again before serving.
