  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream (for whipped topping)
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 7 oz marshmallow fluff
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (for drizzle)
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream (for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Bake the chocolate cake according to the package instructions in a greased 9×13 inch pan.
  2. Once baked, poke holes all over the warm cake with a wooden spoon handle.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and semi-sweet chocolate chips; microwave until melted and smooth.
  4. Pour the ganache into the holes of the cake and spread remaining ganache on top; let cool for an hour before refrigerating until chilled.
  5. Whip together heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form; fold in marshmallow fluff and spread over the cooled cake.
