  • 1 package Kings Hawaiian Rolls
  • 12 cooked cocktail meatballs
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/41/2 cup mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut small circles in the center of each Hawaiian roll without cutting through.
  3. Use a small glass to create deeper indentations in the rolls.
  4. Brush garlic butter on top and inside of the rolls; bake for about 4 minutes until lightly toasted.
  5. Add tomato sauce and a piece of mozzarella cheese into each roll.
  6. Place warmed meatballs on top and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  7. Add remaining mozzarella cheese on top; bake for another 5 minutes until melted.
  8. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
