- 125 mls cream
- 12 pieces Tiramisu sponge fingers
- 1/2 cup port, sherry, or juice
- 1 1/2 cups custard
- 400 grams mixed berries
- 200 mls thickened cream
- 1 teaspoon custard powder
- Mint leaves for decoration
Instructions
- Prepare jelly according to package instructions and pour 1 1/4 cups into dessert dishes.
- Chill the jelly until set.
- Combine remaining jelly with cream; whip until well combined.
- Pour flummery over set jelly layers in the dishes.
- Layer crushed sponge fingers soaked in port or juice, followed by custard and berries.
