  • 1 package croissant dough
  • 6 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3 ounces pepperoni slices
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the croissant dough and separate into triangles.
  3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder, oregano, and basil.
  4. Brush the butter mixture on each triangle.
  5. Place halved pepperoni slices at the wide end of each triangle followed by shredded mozzarella.
  6. Roll up from the wide end to the point and place on the baking sheet.
  7. Brush tops with remaining butter mixture.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  9. Allow to cool briefly before serving.
