  • 1 (3 oz) box orange jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • pinch salt
  • 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar, divided
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • zest of 1 orange, optional

Instructions

  1. Dissolve orange jello in boiling water; let cool for about 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare a springform pan by spraying with cooking spray and lining with parchment paper.
  3. Mix Graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt; press into the bottom of the pan and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Beat cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth; set aside.
  5. Whip heavy cream with remaining powdered sugar and optional orange zest until stiff peaks form; fold half into cream cheese mixture.
  6. Fold remaining whipped cream into cooled jello mixture.
  7. Layer the cheesecake filling and jello mixture in the crust; swirl gently for a marbled effect.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight until set.
