- 1 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1 cup Domino® Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Domino® Light Brown Sugar (packed)
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1/4 cup full-fat sour cream (room temperature)
- 2 1/2 cups unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup + 3 tbsp heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare three 8-inch cake pans with parchment paper.
- Cook oats in boiling water, then let cool.
- In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy; add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla.
- Mix in cooled oats followed by the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Distribute batter evenly into pans and bake for 20–22 minutes.
- Cool cakes on wire racks before frosting with a creamy vanilla buttercream.
