  • 4 (6 oz.) Salmon filets
  • 2 tsp Cornstarch
  • 4 tsp Water
  • 2/3 cup Orange Juice
  • 1 tsp Orange Zest
  • 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ginger (minced)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
  • Optional garnishes: Sesame seeds, Red pepper flakes, Chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by mixing cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Combine all sauce ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a simmer until slightly thickened.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  3. Line a baking sheet with oiled aluminum foil, place salmon filets on it, and baste with half of the sauce.
  4. Bake for 14 minutes or until flaky.
  5. Broil briefly for added flavor, then serve garnished as desired.
