Ingredients
- 1 cup runny almond butter
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons non-dairy milk
- 2 tablespoons refined coconut oil (melted)
- 2 eggs or flax eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup blanched almond flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine wet ingredients: almond butter, coconut sugar, maple syrup, non-dairy milk, melted coconut oil, eggs or flax eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Add dry ingredients: sift in cocoa powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until just combined; the batter will be thick.
