- 4 salmon fillets (skin-on, about 6 ounces each)

- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (melted)

- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1 large garlic clove (minced)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray or foil.
