  • ½ cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, eggs, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and pumpkin pie spice until well mixed.
