- 15 oz. can pure pumpkin
- 2 Tbsp. flour (for streusel)

- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon (for streusel)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cold butter (for streusel)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a muffin pan with cupcake liners.
- In a mixing bowl, combine carrot cake mix and pure pumpkin until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon; cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Pour muffin batter into each liner about two-thirds full and top with streusel mixture.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
