  • 6 garlic cloves

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala

Instructions

  1. Season chicken thighs with salt, garlic powder, paprika, curry powder, and Greek yogurt. Mix well.
  2. Heat oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic and diced onion until translucent.
  3. Add seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides (5-7 minutes).
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, salt, black pepper, and heavy cream. Simmer for about 10 minutes until thickened.
  5. Add cayenne pepper (if desired), garam masala, and additional curry powder. Cook for another 5 minutes.
