Ingredients
- 2 heads of cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 500ºF (260ºC).
- Trim the outer leaves and stem of each cauliflower head. Cut each head in half lengthwise, then slice into 1 ½-inch thick steaks.
- In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Drizzle olive oil over both sides of each steak and sprinkle with the seasoning mixture.
- Place the steaks on a baking sheet covered with foil and roast for 5 minutes. Remove foil and roast for an additional 10 minutes. Flip the steaks and roast until golden brown (6-8 minutes).
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
